You can now link your iKnow Church or iKnow Safeguarding account with the Thirtyone:eight eBulkPlus system for DBS checks. This optional feature which could save you time when handling your DBS checks.

How it works
Once you’ve added your staff and volunteers to iKnow then you can request a DBS check for them at the click of a button.
An invitation will be sent to the applicant for them to complete their form and is then submitted.
When the DBS check has been completed the result will display in iKnow together with the data and certificate number.
When a renewal is due iKnow will alert you.

This step should be carried out by, or with the assistance of the Safeguarding Lead Recruiter of your organisation.
To link iKnow Church with DBS eBulk you need to enter two reference numbers into iKnow Church - your Thirytone:eight Organisation Reference and your TPIC (Third Party Integration Code)
Your Lead Recruiter should know your Organisation Reference. The TPIC can be found in your Membership account on the Thirtyone:eight website.

On the Membership details page you will see the last item listed is TPIC. The code should be two letters followed by 6 numbers. Eg:

Both these references should be entered on the Thirtyone:eight integration page within the Safeguarding > Settings > DBS area of your iKnow account
Please note that Thirtyone:eight is not responsible for any data exported from the eBulk system. Information can be exported manually by generating and downloading reports or automatically extracted to a third-party system (e.g. iKnow Church or iKnow Safeguarding) connect to eBulk via API.
No, nothing in eBulk has changed and you can continue to use it as usual.
Yes you will as the counter signing process will still need to be completed by you using your eBulk login.

To become a member, first create a user login for the website, then you can apply for the membership package you need.
You will need to complete the application form and pay (you have the option to pay online or by direct debit).
Once your membership is activated, you will receive:
