Fees and Payment

  • Membership fees are paid annually
  • Membership charge notifications will be issued at the start of the month and then membership will be charged mid-month.
  • Membership fees are renewed annually and may increase or decrease. You will always be notified of the charge before payment is taken as long as you have informed us of any contact detail changes.
  • We encourage all members to have an active Direct Debit in place. If an invoice needs to be generated this incurs a surcharge of £20 per year.

Changing membership packages mid-year

  • Members cannot downgrade their membership package mid-year. This can only be done at the annual renewal.
  • Members can move up to the next membership package at any time. This will be charged at the difference in price between the two packages and is not pro-rata.

Cancelling your Membership

  • You can request to cancel your membership by emailing [email protected].
  • If this is within 14 days of your annual payment and you have not accessed any of our member benefits, then you are entitled to a refund, after this period refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
  • Upon cancelling membership all sums owed by the member to Thirtyone:eight shall become due and payable by the member with immediate effect. If you have an active direct debit with us then these will be collected through this method, otherwise, these will need to be paid by a bacs transfer.
  • Membership allows up to ten contacts within your organisation to access the members areas of our website. If a member decides to cancel their membership, access will stop and you may loose any data associated with your account.
  • Thirtyone:eight reserves the right, to decline, suspend, or cancel any organisation’s membership at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, non-payment of fees or charges, and any other circumstances where we believe such action is in the best interest of our organisation, our staff and volunteers, our members, or the communities we serve.
