Our online Basic Disclosure service enables you to easily process Basic Disclosure checks for roles which are not eligible for an enhanced check but where they require a certain level of trust by the organisation.  This could include roles such as worship leaders, those offering transport to/from events, Treasurers, Caretakers, Administrators, Welcome team, stewards, preachers etc, when you have already identified that they are not eligible for an enhanced check.   

Standard and enhanced checks are the most common checks that organisations process with us and contain information held on individuals by the police and government departments.  Potential workers are able to easily submit their applications using our secure online system which enables you to simply track the progress of each application.

Part of the process for submitting DBS checks requires organisations to have a system for validating an applicant’s ID when they don't have sufficient documents as given in the submission criteria. We provide a service to enable identity checkers to access the external ID verification check required for these applicants. This service is available even where organisation don’t process there DBS checks through us.
