What is a service agreement?

A service agreement is a tailored package of safeguarding services and support based around your organisation's needs that runs for a minimum of 12 months and can be renewed annually.

What's included?

The agreement includes an initial scoping exercise to help identify your organisation's needs and create your tailored package of support.

You'll have your own dedicated Account Manager who will get to know your organisation and it's people and who will meet with you quarterly to review the support that's in place and offer any additional guidance and advice.

Each service agreement is costed based on the needs of the organisation and the quantity and complexity of services being provided which are agreed as part of the scoping exercise.
