Title: IT Volunteer – System Support

Location: Thirtyone:eight office, Swanley, Kent or remote

Hours: 1 – 2 days per week with flexibility on hours

Accountable to: Head of IT

Responsible for: No Reports

DBS Eligibility: Basic checks

About the role

The IT volunteer for System Support will support the IT team by enhancing and supporting existing PowerApps for reliability and performance, conducting unit testing and end-to-end testing, coordinating with end users for User Acceptance Testing and user training, and writing documentation such as user guides.

Specific Responsibilities

• Triage support calls in internal ticketing system
• Provide first line of support including answering customer support calls
• Work to functional specifications provided by the Senior Developers
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and third-party tools where applicable. 
• Write and follow test plans
• Monitor PowerApps processes and report any anomalies
• Report generation
