Sections for the Recruiter to complete

If the documents match the details on the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form and you have taken scans of them, you are ready to complete Part B of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form.

You should promptly answer all the questions in part B of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form and the declaration.

It is important to note that AccessNI will remove the applicant's online application if the documents and AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form are not provided to us within 90 days of it being started.

Sending the form to thirtyone:eight for processing.

Once all the sections of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form are completed, please email it and the scans of the applicant's documents all in one email to [email protected] to be processed.

The form should normally be processed within 1 working day of receipt and you will receive email confirmation once it has been transmitted to AccessNI.

Please note that thirtyone:eight does have to make an admin charge for any forms, which have to be returned with errors.
