Our Safeguarding Helpline for safeguarding questions or concerns is open as normal until 5pm Christmas Eve, and will reopen at 9am on the 5th January.

Our Membership helpline for membership enquiries is open as normal until 5pm Christmas Eve, and will reopen at 9am on the 5th January.

Our Disclosure helpline for enquiries related to criminal record checks is open as normal until 5pm 23rd December, and will reopen at 9am on the 5th January.

What is an advice consultation?

Our advice consultation sessions are mini consultations that allow you to book dedicated time to get one-to-one support with one of specialist advisors and get specific help with the particular issues facing your organisation.

Sessions start at 1 hour in length and are normally held on Microsoft Teams.

Who can access this service?

Our DBS Advice consultations are only available to organisations that are registered with us as their DBS or AccessNI provider.

How much does it cost?

DBS or AccessNI consultation = £100 plus VAT per hour
Safeguarding review = £100 plus VAT per hour

If you request the attendance of more than one advisor for example a DBS/AccessNI advisor and Safeguarding specialist at an advice consultation, it would be at a cost of £200+VAT per hour.
