What is an advice surgery?
Our advice surgery sessions are mini-consultations where you can get some one-to-one time with one of specialist Safeguarding Advisors and get specific help with the particular issues facing your organisation. Sessions can last between 1 and 2 hours depending on your needs and are held either on the phone, by video, or face-to-face.
Surgeries cover:
- DBS needs
- Safeguarding review
- Safer recruitment (minimum 2 hours)
Who can access this service?
Our safeguarding and safer recruitment surgeries are accessible to any UK based organisation. Our DBS surgeries are available to organisation's that are registered with us as their DBS provider.
How much does it cost?
- DBS surgery = £95 plus VAT per hour
- Safeguarding review = £95 plus VAT per hour
- Safer recruitment surgery = £190 plus VAT
Before a safeguarding surgery you will need to complete a self-assessment for your organisation. The self-assessment will form the basis of the surgery and any recommendations.
