Membership Terms and Conditions
When applying for membership the signatory confirms on behalf of their organisation that they have read and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
- Membership is annual and lasts for 12 months.
- By becoming a member you consent to receiving communications relating to the administration of your membership
- Your membership renews at the start of the month in which you joined.
- You agree that you have read and understood our privacy policy.
- You agree to notify us of any changes to your membership.
- Membership fees can be paid annually or monthly. Paying monthly incurs a higher fee overall due to the bank charges per transaction.
- Membership charge notifications will be issued at the start of the month and then membership will be charged mid-month.
- Membership fees are renewed annually and may increase or decrease. You will always be notified of the charge before payment is taken as long as you have informed us of any contact detail changes.
- We may terminate this Agreement and your membership for non-payment or any other reason that is in conflict with thirtyone:eight’s values.
- You can request to cancel your membership by emailing [email protected].
- If this is within 14 days of your annual payment then you are entitled to a refund, after this period refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
- Upon cancelling membership all sums owed by the member to thirtyone:eight shall become due and payable by the member with immediate effect. If you have an active direct debit with us then these will be collected through this method, otherwise, these will need to be paid by a bacs transfer.
- Membership allows all member’s personnel to access certain areas of the website. If a member decides to cancel their membership, access will stop.
