I have over 20 years of experience in the Health Sector.  I practiced as a Health Visitor for 13 years and developed a passion for safeguarding whilst working on a challenging and complex caseload. As well as my work with Thirtyone:eight I am Deputy Designated Nurse Safeguarding Children and Cared for Children for an Integrated Care Partnership, driving quality and seeking safeguarding assurance across the health economy and providing specialist safeguarding advice.

I love training because…

It’s great to see the enthusiasm of delegates with an appetite to be equipped to safeguard others.  Nothing thrills me more than to hear delegates discussing how they are going to implement learning to create safer spaces.
