Jeanette Plumb – Trainer
I spent most of my career as a secondary school teacher. I then went into management and got involved in safeguarding when I was a deputy head. Later, I worked for a Local Authority developing new safeguarding courses and delivering training to many professionals from all sectors. I also worked as a Safeguarding Advisor and trainer for an Anglican Diocese and trained for Baptist churches. I now work solely for Thirtyone:eight as a trainer, which I love doing.
I love training because…
I love meeting people from all over the country and seeing their commitment to their organisations. I love seeing people grow in enthusiasm and determination to go on building safe communities.
