Paul Lailey – Trainer

I was a primary school teacher for twenty years, including 10 as a  headteacher before looking for a career change. It was a natural progression to go into training and I had a real interest in safeguarding having been a safeguarding lead in three schools. I’ve been involved in safeguarding in churches for a long time and I am currently part of the safeguarding team for my church.   

Alongside my work with Thirtyone:eight, I have my own training business, delivering first aid training, fire safety, food hygiene and mental health first aid amongst other things.
