Sarah McBride – Trainer

I’ve worked in the charity sector since 2001, mostly with families and children. Since then, I’ve had the incredible opportunity of working for 16 years in Asia alongside various social work systems, caring for those with disabilities and community-based projects. I was also a caseworker for adoptive families. My training includes an MA in Social Welfare Law and am a Certified Family Trauma Professional [CFTP]. Working with Thirtyone:eight brings so many of those experiences together.


I love training because…

It’s one of the most effective things you can do to prevent abuse and I love hearing from people working in the most diverse and interesting situations. Equipping them is SUCH an honour!
