Sections for the Recruiter to complete

You should check that Section A of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form has been completed. 

Next promptly answer all the questions in part B of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form and the declaration.

It is important to note that AccessNI will remove the applicant's online application if the documents and AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form are not provided to us within 90 days of it being started.

Sending the form to thirtyone:eight for processing.

Once all the sections of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form are completed, email it to [email protected] for processing.

The form should normally be processed within 1 working day of receipt and you will receive email confirmation once it has been transmitted to AccessNI.

Please note that thirtyone:eight does have to make an admin charge for any forms, which have to be returned with errors.
