AccessNI Disclosure Validation From

Once the applicant has completed the self-declaration form and any information disclosed has been risk assessed they can be provided with the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form and ANI Applicant information leaflet.

The applicant should follow the instructions in Part A of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form to start their application on NI Direct. 

Once the applicant has completed their online application at NI Direct and Part A of the AccessNI Disclosure Validation Form, this should be returned to you.
