We are experiencing some issues with our member portal. Some members may be unable to access the portal or some of the resources. We are sorry for any inconvenience and are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 

Access levels

There are two different levels of access to the online system; full and limited access.

The level of access you have will be set by your organisation and will depend on your role and the responsibilities you have.

Full access

Full access allows you to view all parts of the system and is given to Lead Recruiters and Additional Recruiters. When logged in users will see the Applications Dashboard.

Limited access

Additional Recruiters (ID checkers) will have limited access to the parts of the system that let them complete ID checks only. When logged in, users will see the Applications for Checking screen that shows a list of the applications that need their identity to be checked.
