Track and chase invitations

To see the invitations sent to applicants who haven't started their application go to the Dashboard and the section entitled Pre Submission and click on Invitations Sent.

Once an applicant has created their application from the invite, it will move from this dashboard folder and into the Awaiting Verification folder.

Opening an invite can be done by clicking on an applicant’s reference number (in green) to open their invitation. You will then see two tabs - Overview and Invite. The invite tab contains the details entered for the invitation. If these details are incorrect, they can be amended by clicking the Edit button and updating the information.

Chasing invitations

The system will automatically chase invitations that haven't been actioned up to three times with a week between each chase. After the final chase, the applicant will then have a further 30 days to create their application until the invitation is automatically withdrawn by the system.

To manually resend the invitation, click the Resend button at the top of the page. This will resend the original invitation email to the email address detailed on the Invite tab.

If the invitation is no longer required, you can withdraw it at any time using the Withdraw button at the top of the page. This will remove the invite from the Invitations Sent folder.

A Lead Recruiter can request a change to the intervals between chasing for all their applications by emailing us.
